» Lesson fee is to be paid at the beginning of each lesson and can be cash or bank transfer (cheques not accepted).

» Cancellation fee will be applied if 48 hours notice is not given and instructor and pupil cannot come to a mutually convenient alternative time the same week. Failure to do so will result in charge on a hours fee.

We also require as much notice as possible if you wish to change the length of your lesson previously booked or your pickup/drop off points

» Any pre-paid lessons must be taken/booked within 6 months of payment date.

» Gift vouchers to be redeemed within 6 months of payment date.

» Where the instructor may arrive late for a lesson due to circumstances beyond his control, the instructor will extend the finish time of the lesson by the same amount of time or add the time on to the following lesson.

» If the pupil fails to attend by the start time without advanced notice, additional time will not be given unless the instructor sees fit.

»If pupil is not deemed to be at test standard as practical test date approaches, the test will be postponed to a more appropriate time.

» A valet charge will be made for any soiling of the vehicle.

» Carr’s Driving School will not be held responsible if your lesson is affected by the following circumstances:-bad weather, an unforeseen accident while on a lesson, the DVSA canceling a driving test.

» Any abusive language or threatening behaviour towards a DVSA Examiner or the general public while on a driving lesson will result in your lesson being terminated resulting in the loss of lesson fee.
